The School Governors represent the Parents, Staff, Church, County Council, Local Council, and Local Community, and meet at least twice a term. They are ultimately responsible for the running of the school. Parent governors in particular are your link with the governance of the school and they will be pleased to take up any matter that you may wish to have discussed.
